I compare True Blood to Twilight. I started reading the Dead books by Charlaine Harris when I was a soph in high school. Trust me. They’re better than Twilight. If you’ve ever read both series in their entirety, you cannot tell me Stephenie Meyer wasn’t getting “inspiration” from it.
